Bryce Canyon LodgeYou do not have to stay at Bryce Canyon Lodge to enjoy a rustic western experience when visiting Bryce Canyon National ParkWhen you visit Bryce Canyon National Park, you do not have to stay at Bryce Canyon Lodge if you want a rustic experience. Instead, stay at Bryce Canyon Country Cabins, located within view of the park’s spectacular hoodoos in the charming town of Tropic. Our cabins feature country-style décor, a front porch, wireless Internet access, and cable TV. Our 20-acre property is home to a garden and fruit trees. In addition to our lodge-like bungalows, Bryce Canyon Country Cabins offers lodging in a restored, historic cottage built in 1905 for larger groups. The cottage’s two bedrooms each feature queen beds. The rooms also include microwaves, refrigerators, ceiling fans, cable TV, and full baths. All of our accommodations are within walking distance of three restaurants. We also offer you the option of barbecuing your own meal with one of our outdoor barbecues. When you leave your “miniature Bryce Canyon Lodge” in the morning, you do not have to travel far from your rustic accommodations to see a unique view of Bryce Canyon National Park. At the end of Bryce Way in Tropic, you will find the trailhead of the Tropic Trail, which ascends into Bryce Canyon’s main amphitheater, providing a view from the bottom up. The trail connects to the Navajo Trail and Queen’s Garden Trail, two of the most popular trails in the park. For another perspective, head towards Bryce Canyon on Scenic Byway 12 until the Mossy Cave trailhead. This path follows an irrigation ditch to a striking rock overhang fed by an underground spring.
